Aye, salut bonhomme! What part of Montréal are you from? I was born , raised and partially educated in Ville St-Laurent. Played Junior B for the Jets while attending the college before it became a CEGEP.

That must have been after my time. Our hang-outs were the TP Tavern on Ste Croix blvd, the Galaxy and Bouras on the corner of Decarie & Côte Vertu. In those days, being underage with a Grosse Cinquante ( Quart size Labatt's 50) in your hand was not frowned upon...

I'm upgrading my system because I felt there was an imbalance in the sound.BCarnaval suggested that the Mani-2's don't like to be bi-wired.I guess I was in denial because I figured bi-wired or even better,shot-gun bi-wire was they way to go.I would suggest to any Mani-2 owners out there to single wire with the best cables (BC92's come to mind) you can get and add jumpers.Bigger soundstage, softer highs,a liquid mid and the bass remains tight and well defined.I would have never thought that a small change would make such a BIG difference.I still want to take my system to the next level but.... :)
Cardas spades,DH Labs Q-10 cable and Puresound bananas...mmmm bananas..... :)
