introduce myself

Post by tubeornotube » Wed Jul 23, 2014 10:00 pm

Hello Blue Circle
I recently picked up a BC-3 Despina and BC-24.

I have never listened to Blue Circle before and these I got in a trade with a fellow enthusiast.

Finally hooked them up and I have to say WOW.
I can't say I was sold, because they were already mine but I now understand the enthusiasm of Gilbert's products.
Extraordinary..just extraordinary.
These will not be leaving my mancave.

An outstanding combination Matt.... enjoy.

One of the great things about Blue Circle is the ability to upgrade existing product when you get the feeling you want to step up to the next level.

Welcome aboard !
Don's right.. that's a great combo, and as he said, if you feel the need to move upward, there is lots of room that pair for upgrades. Simplest is to switch up the PSU on the BC3 from Despina to Galatea... and from there the sky is the limit.. 8)

Happy listening

Yes, life in your man cave just got better. I've been using that same combination for years. When you can afford it, I strongly recommend investing in one or more of the BC power filtering products (e.g. PLC Thingee).
