Mine is St-James Gate in downtown Moncton. The dome ceilings are great for the weekly Jazz and Celtic entertainment.
Great choice of imported beer on tap as well. There is a small Boutique Hotel on the upper floor if you decide to party all evening and not have to drive.

Since you asked... this is mine.. The Delta Kananaskis...
An hour out of Calgary, it truly is fabulous. For a real treat book into the Signature Club... ahhhh... and the food at the Fireweed Grill is excellent. I enjoyed it more than the Fairmont Lake Louise..

I concur. I spent a week there doing VIP security in 2002 for the G8. Got to meet many World Leaders. Memorable gig. We stayed at Nakiska ski resort.

That's pretty cool BK... I've been out there several times, and will be planning another trip soon. It's one of the few places I really feel "right".. the whole Kananaskis Valley is just spectacular, right up into Peter Lougheed Park. Ahhh... sigh.. now I'm depressed.. gonna have to go home and look at my pix again .. |

During the Summer, one of my fav is the 'Old Rectory' in Bouctouche. The converted presbytère is now a B&B and Bistro with a very nice patio overlooking the bay.
They only serve local food and craft beer.
