Limited Warranty
Blue Circle products are covered by a non-transferable limited 90-day warranty on parts and labour and factory supplied tubes. To
Obtain the optional non-transferable warranty (3 years on parts and labour, 90 days on factory supplied tubes), complete the warranty-
registration form and submit it to Blue Circle Audio Inc. within 30 days of purchase. Please retain the original purchase receipt
for proof of date of purchase.
Warranty is void if the product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence or has been in anyway tampered with, serviced by
unauthorized personnel, or modified without the written authorization of Blue Circle Audio Inc.
In the event that service is required for your Blue Circle product please contact your dealer or Blue Circle Audio Inc. before shipping
your unit(s) back to the factory.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The above warranty information applies to products sold in the USA and Canada only. For information regarding warranty coverage in
other countries please contact your local dealer/distributor or Blue Circle Audio.
If you are shopping for a Blue Circle product we strongly suggest that you contact an authorized Blue Circle dealer.
Only authorized Blue Circle dealers have access to new product qualifying for our full warranty coverage.
Products sold by retailers who are not authorized dealers will not qualify for warranty coverage as any product that they offer will either
be used, modified, counterfeit or obtained by unauthorized means.
